If your gonna spend on cams get the remap at the same time make sure you don't get an off the shelf one as it needs to be mapped for your engines mods.
remap will give you extra gains but its fully realised if its done for your car and its mods if you have it mapped after an exhaust you'll...

Perosnaly for the me trophy has to hard a setup and there more expensive but have abs and fancy seats but I don't like the seats as they don't fit me.
Insurance depends some quote the cup as more some the trophy some the normal 172 or 182.

i meant I've had them in pieces like that before and put them back together without any issue. The set on my car have been taken to pieces like that a few time when I've had the rear drums off (similar setup) and there fine still.
Should be fine I've had them in pieces like that time and time again. My on my own car have been in pieces like that about 5 imes and there still on the car after 117k.

IMo spedn a lot on H and R or LEda etc or if you want a good compromose and the losest price then Fk's are very good for the prive vs a lot of the competition the next best at a few hundred quid more ie h and r etc...

IMo save yourself a few quyid and drop another engine in there and being as your changing the brakes and suspension save yourslf a bit more and use a 1.2 etc car as there cheaper agaain.
I wouln't recom,end one the gearboxes are rubish in both use and longevity.
100 to 110hp when remapped depends where you go etc.
Its not slower though I've tried my 65 which is standard against a 1.6 16V clio on private road (at the airfield) and there wasn't a hueg amount in it remaped 100...
