Insuracnee depends on the compnay your with or going with.
The H and R's most on here use adjust in height onl;y thats all you need you set the height ones then camber toe etc and leave it which is all you ever need do.
Pads well I'd recomend the fdb 845 form halfords etc there cheap enough and up to most stuff you throw at them.
Disks well shop round any semi decient stuff will be fine.
As for tyres I'd stick with the continential premium contact or contact 2's I dn't rate the f1's that highly.

If your on about the top one then its easy enough its on the opposite side to the battery and mounts near the top suspension mount.
If your on about the battery one then its under the battery.
