Custom work isnt a problem, the issue you have to is proper exhaust design and attention to detail.
For instance, magnex are run of the mill, high output exhausts with not much in the way of innovation or design details.
Even the orbisoud exhausts...

Road car i wouldnt go too crazy with the camber, 1-1.5 deg max....makes things very twitchy over bumpy roads.
Only problem is you cant alter the important stuff like castor/trail or rear end toe without extensive mods.
