From what the numbers are showing on here...6 vehicles (Hopefully more turn up on the day than are putting their names down thus far).
In 2007, we organised to stop at several locations on the way to FCS...ended up being about an hour later than we should have been (The ETA) and it was a bit...
You've put this up with only a couple of days to FCS...people are concentrating on that rather than anything else at this moment in time. I'm sure interest will pick up after this has been and gone. :)
What he's said above. The mods are YOUR choice...you may strike lucky, but most people who want a Trophy would buy a Trophy. Return to as near standard, sell the stuff worth selling and you should make around the mark you're looking for currently. The speedlines are definitely a seller and you...
No fella...they stopped them on Wednesday as they won't be guaranteed to get to you in the post if they're ordered between now and Saturday night.
Its not going to open until 9am and you will only be allowed to enter by foot...as thats how it is this close to show I'm afraid.
Corley is the last stop mate...its pretty much a straight run from there. We could always stop on A14 on way in towards Rockingham...its about an hour from Corley...so just make sure she goes before we leave there. I can't drive when I need loo...so don't worry.
Obviously, if you are meeting...
The cheapest option is probably a crossover to stop frequencies over a certain amount getting through. You could also use the other part of the crossover for the tweeter (the higher frequencies). Maplins and places like that will do them, but don't know how much a Car Audio place would charge.
New handle...it has a square bar, so I would assume the flat edges of the plastic have rounded...I had one, but think its long gone. Will have a look (was for a 51 Megane Coupe, but looks split of Clio one)
Cheltenham is a bit too far down the way for the West Midlands (we could do somewhere on the way down that way)...we tend to do Shropshire, Staffordshire and Brum. Most people won't venture out that way (the ones from Brum, etc). Can look into doing one...but will need to be after FCS and maybe...

So this is for the meet at 5:45 to leave Corley Services at 6pm on the dot...so we have any more people???
Gents (mainly Nik),
As in previous years we have the club print off (name, CS membership Number and status)...is this happening this year?
Just asking so most people can print it off while they are still able to.
Thanks in advance
Don
I've got a place near me in telford http://www.autopaintsupplies.co.uk/ so I'll use them...but Thanks again for the heads up. Just need to do it over a couple of days this week. I'm gonna not rush it as don't want it to look bodged.
I tried looking for '182 silver wheel colour' and it came up with 100's of threads about Anthracite wheel colour and other random colour(s).
Cheers for that...I didn't think to search under 'paint code'. :)
On the standard Silver 182 Wheels...what is the actual silver colour name or colour code...just need it for a centre cap which has decided to start parting with its colour a week before FCS! :headno:
I'm only setting it early due to fact that the lads want to get the CS stand set up and is easier done with a lot of time to spare, rather than dashing round at the last minute. Also, there is the lap of Rockingham...so need to be there reasonably early for that...
If needsbe, you can grab...
Looks like a random 'built on the car' job. Has your current exhaust died? If so, then get it cheaply as stop gap...if not, don't bother...as there's no pics of it on the car and looks like Stevie Wonder has made it. I think it will be a b**ch to get sitting right too.
(From original post)
I am looking at the main meeting point to be Corley Services http://www.welcomebreak.co.uk/motorway-service/corley (Postcode for Sat Navers CV7 8NR) LEAVING there at 6am so would advise people to arrive from 05:45 - 05:55 for a prompt departure at 6 on the dot.
Look underneath the lights, on the piece between the upper grill and lower grill, there are 2 black plastic 'stickers' which when a front end is resprayed, most resprayers don't take account of.
See amended picture with arrows pointing to the black inserts.
the 2nd picture is the without...
Exactly that... just make sure that there is no 'cup' badge by the door pillar on outside and its is not racing blue or inferno orange...(also that it has the half leather/half alcantara interior with Climate control and Xenons).
Also, make sure it has splitter on as they are now around £150...
few hundred for wheels...interior (dash and trim) maybe couple of hundred (not including seats), spare wheel (if there is one), spoiler...engine (spares...) could well make your money back with bit to spare...
Could do with more pictures though...
Do you not have any paint matching places North of the Border?
The paint's Code is D43 if you take that to any decent place, they can locate it on the database and check it to see if it matches the car's colour (I remember gris boreal (silver) had 6 different shades of same colour.
Its confusing...with the 172 it was either a 172 or 172Cup (The real Cup)
With 182, there is the 182, 182 with Cup suspension, 182 with Cup spoiler pack, 182Cup or 182 ff (with both Cup suspension and spoiler packs). http://www.renaultsport.co.uk/roadcars/heritage/Default.aspx
The 182 of...
