I don't know how good they are...I think it varies from outlet to outlet. If you get a recommendation, then try and get that person to do yours. The problem is that its a gamble. Whatever you get should be better than standard in terms of longevity (although my standard exhaust lasted 58K just...
The pro-speed can be made exactly how you'd like...stealth, cut through the exhaust, etc. The systems that they do are Cat-back. The centre silencer should be there, without it...I think it would be too loud, especially as the Cup has less soundproofing than the 172FF!
My exhaust makes a...
You press the lock button...but hold in for several seconds (I think it should beep when activated)...make sure locks are off...then pull off and see if it works
This is my stealth from Pro-speed...they'll make it up for you piece by piece for your car. It has a nice sound too...better than standard.

They are based in Cardiff...but in my personal opinion....worth the trek down there. (and I did it with ½ an...
Wasn't gonna say a thing mate...apart from Thank You! :)
You've got mods that are showing results...my Cup is becoming high mileage now...so might not be best time to get some done...:quiet: for Mandy! ;)
Although Jon, There was verry little in it...plus, mine was standard...and yours had been played with!!! ;) :quiet:
She's still doing alright with 175.3Bhp with just panel filter and replacement exhaust!!! I do think my Cup was quick out of the box
So the 182 Exhausts are as crap as the 172 OEM exhausts are!!!
I thought with all the failures and crappy design on the 172 exhausts, Renault would have though about the design of the 182 and made it better/stronger! :dead:
I would have to see it in the flesh...to see the difference between the 197FF and the Cup.
At least they're offering Recaros as an option...only wish they'd done that with the Cup!!
Not for me, but someone else.
What is the best suspension for a DCi?
The person who has the car wants a firmer ride...but doesn't want the car lowering if at all possible.
Thanks in advance
It has been a quick car from day one.
Last year, completely standard (with a blowing exhaust as I found when it fell off a couple of days later :o) it made 150.9 BHp at the wheels, 172.7 at the fly.
I don't know if it would have beaten ChrisK's Cup last year if the exhaust was fully fit!
The Engine and Machine Cleaner from AG is good stuff (non-acidic) but if you have stuff that won't budge, use the Engine and Machine Cleaner, then put some AG Clean Wheels on after. Just make sure that you completely wash it off...as the acid can attack your wheels.
Wonder wheels should be...

James, Chris is barred from the RR after turning up last year with a standard Cup which beat mine! (Although 3 days later my exhaust fell off...so might have been at a power disadvantage at the time!) ;)
I used to Turtle Wax barrier stuff last year, and it was a complete b**ch as I sprayed it across the wheel and it caught the disc...wasn't impressed with the outcome to say the least!!! ;)
