Has the cable snapped, or just not feeding properly. I had the same with my driver's seat in the Cup, and the Renault mechanic guy came out, and within 5 mins was done...no parts required (the cable wasn't feeding correctly).

I put a small bit of AG Vinyl & Rubber Care on a sponge and rub it on the tyre....only a half spray and rub it on.

Could you do it before FCS?? ;) I've removed the rubber from mine as it was looking shabby...so its just the plastic bits under the rubber I have on mine...Steering wheel is still on car, but can go over so you can get a mould...if I get a discount! ;)

The Cam belt kit is about £120 + VAT. The aux belt is about a tenner...not sure about the price of the Aux belt kit though.

Had my aux and cam belts done almost 2 weeks ago, noise has almost disappeared...its not as apparent as it was before...not sure if there's any significance...as doesn't the aux belt affect power steering?

Merlin is where my filter came from originally. They are SO much better than the standard crap that Renault pass of as an air filter! The prices have gone up...but £45 is still a good price for pretty much a fit and forget item!
