When i have my wipers on there is a clicking noise coming from the left hand side of the dash? ( fuse box area )

It goes, wipe click wipe click wipe click, is this the norm?

It has been there since i bought the car!

Its not broken mate, its normal. Just the relays doing their job but their a bit noisey.
