    Mot airbag question

the law states all 'warning' lights must go out. Its a safety check for your car, technically if a warning light is on its not 'safe'. That being said some testers will pass it if your a regular for example or they know the car. Taping over the light wont work either as the light has to come on...

Call of Duty - Modern Warfare and MW2 / Next Gen

its modern warfare remastered with 10 of the original maps if you preorder the legacy edition. Boost jumping is one thing but space warfare is not my cup of tea. Love blops 1,2&3 but advanced warfare was pants and ghosts shouldn't count as a cod!

My Clio 182: Project Make it Mint

had a knock under acceleration, polybushed the dog bone and it sorted it. There is a small amount of backward/forward adjustment on the dog one mount might be worth loosening the bolts and see if the engine will move forward a touch. My knock was the manifold hitting the subframe. Only when...

Replacing an Exhaust Manifold, Cat and Exhaust System

the manifold wil be tricky because of where it is. Everything else is pretty straight forward. Depends how practically minded you are. I'd never done exhaust work before but recently replaced my centre section and refitted the cat. Fiddly but not difficult. Was a,little tricky lining the back...

    Misfiring/bogging down help

do you get an eml light flash or anything? Could be an injector failing if its intermittent or a lambda sensor. Have you an obd scanner it may give a fault code as a starting point?

10mm spacers - longer wheel bolts needed on standard hubs?

    just to clarify 26mm +20mm for the spacer. M8 46mm 60 degree.

10mm spacers - longer wheel bolts needed on standard hubs?

agree with the above. 20mm extra is alot for 4 bolts to take. Standard oe bolt length is 26mm 60 degree iirc if you go down the longer bolt route.

    Old Skool cool cars

Mate had a punto 1.4t, it was rapid. Looked at getting one but went for the clio instead. Probably the better choice in the end. Not a hatch but first proper car at 21 was an old sierra sapphire 2.0i. Awesome car, rear wheel drive, was like sitting in an armchair at 100mph it was so stable...

    P0304 Ideas?

Po304 is a random misfire fault code. I used this website when I had my misfire issue http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/ Really useful guide.

    P0304 Ideas?

Have you checked the wiring to the injector itself. Never done it myself but if you've done all the other stuff it might be worth checking the injector is getting the right power. Just a thought.

172 cup lamber sensor (after cat)

£190! Does that include a new cat.... Ripping you off mate. About £70 ish for a Bosch one from ecp or gsf. Easy to swap out too. Not really a garage job unless your a complete numpty.

Oh god please not the injectors

injector most likely but when the coil pack goes it has similar symptoms. A p02-- fault code is injector. I had a p0204 code come up swapped the injector around with number 3 re scanned and got p0203 code so I knew it was the injector. To check coil just unplug one ht at a time to see if its...

10mm spacers - longer wheel bolts needed on standard hubs?

Wouldn't risk it. I put 10mm on the rears and went longer on the bolts. They hold your wheels on after all....
