Exactly my point....FI against a big capacity NA. Easier to get power out of....and one of the reasons its a better car.....Because your certainly not going to pay for any of the proper V6 tuning kit are you.....i openly admit that it is very expensive......but what can you do.

In a high power RWD application, sure ultimately its faster, but the required skill level to control the correct tyre slip angles and make a RWD car go fast is...

Why, because in my eyes it looks better, warped views maybe....but thats subjective to anybody. V6 is edging towards the tacky side......all those extensions and flares, and a teeny weeny output from a large engine.

diff ECU for cable and FBW, with totally diff loom, and for cup with no aircon.

Very true, but i havenoticed massive amounts of quality variation between regions. Some Optimax knocks like hell and some dont. My scoob is very very sensitive and can knock/det very easily
Optimax degrades and you have no indea how long its in the tank, i talk to the friendly chat at our station and the fuel truck comes every 2 weeks, and its a HUGE petrol stationon the main road to cambridge. Optimax is rank after a few days and a week its pretty much the same as regular SUL...
Its not just the crank alone, with the extra stroke the forces that the rods/ and pistons experience at the same RPM are much higher.
And you cant stick the 1.8 crank in there or youll loose all compression and be running on something like a 3-4:1 CR.
And due to the nature of the cylinder...
