About 20 bolts including teh vacuum rail for the rocker cover and there is a gasket yea. 10 or 13nm torque.
Inlet manifold you can take the slam panel and rad out to take it off yes, gsket needed.
Not really no.
Best substiture is a lambda reader and that only gives you a rough indication of if its off stoich.........but it will be at WOT anyway.....just make sure its not in the lean direction.
THen there is plug reading, but going into it isnt worth it as you wont be prepared to do...
Just the same as any otehr car.
Depending on the kit you use its just open the bleed nipples and pump away (with suitable hose on the nipples with one way valve).
But the gunson Ezi-bleed makes life so much easier and you get a better bleed.
pressure isnt whats important here........were talking flow, pressure could be 5 bar but if it only flows 1ltr/hr then its pointless. Too much pressure is just as bad as too little.
And i was talking about cam speed and hydrodynamic wedges, nowt to do with flow, altough more oil would be...
A 16V flange sits at 90 deg and the willy at 45 deg.
Some exhaust systems are a larger bore and dont fit very well, and end up blowing unless you use 2 gaskets, loads of exhaust putty and some exhaust sealant......
simple process.

Rears only need the retaining bar taking off and the pads slipped in.
About an hour.
I personaly would flush the brake fluid system as its where most people find a...
NO pick dood.
Cam wear is a lubrication problem, but nothing you can sort with pressure. What you need is better flow and detter distribution. The valver cams stay near new as they swim in oil from the get go. The rockers and cams in the energy though dont have a massive oil covering to form...
This engine is sensitive to cam and rocker wear so you can typically pickup a few BHP on old engines just by replacing said items. Nice engine....just wish it wasnt a rocker assembly.
