an example of how good GT85 with PTFE is, my bike chain used to keep on snapping, id put wd40/3in1 oil and 2 stroke oil and it still kept on snapping. As soon as i sprayed the GT85 on it, iv never had it snap again! its because it clean rust away, and the PTFE keeps things lub'ed up...

iv just washed my rocker cover in thinners to get all the oil off. i was just wondering what the bit at the top of the cover is for? the bit with the 2 pipes out the side and one out the bottom. is there any plastic bits in there?

if it pops id say the engine needs a remap... also freebone - you have same problem as me, the mid box/center section goes tits up when the cats removed. and it makes the really quiet, if possible i would remove it. @ Lunner - where did you get your center section from? im trying to get hold...

yeah remove it completely, that way the ecu thinks its a model car that only had 1 sensor, and works fine.

when i put mine on/off i just drive it low revs for about 5mins, then i get bored, and start planting the pedel...never had any troubles.

this happens to my 1.2 sometimes....im sure its just dirty fuel filter/pump thats the problem. i can tell when its coming on, when the cars at idle, the revs go down really low then back up every second...
