take the scuttle apart remove wiper motor and washer bottle and remove blockages there are 3 drain tubes 1 at either end of scuttle and 1 in the middle you have to remove heater blower drivers side to get to that drain tube
remove the scuttle trims, remove the heater blower, there is a drain hole under there and if you unbolt the black panel on the bulk head you can gain access to the centre drain hole in the scuttle the other 1 is under the washer bottle ( your see like black flaps that the water drains threw...
make sure everything is shut properly
if you have motion sensors on the A pillar trims if you trace the wires down to the connects you can swap the plugs around which will reduce the sensitivity down

if you have headlight washers you can swap the plug connectors(as washer bottle is fitted with 2 washer pumps 1 for front/back) on the washer pump and use the rear washer pump as your front one :approve:
open the bonnet and pull the pipe off the bonnet jet and see if it just squirts out the pipe
if still nothing check for leaks
if no leaks i would say requires new washer pump
