So you brought it then. F4R is the model of the 2.0 engine so likely to be standard, although not 100%. Again a reflash could mean a remap or just a ecu reset.

Best thing to do is check the history, who has done the belts, is there an invoice, if so what is listed on it?
As always if in doubt either walk away or get enough money off to fix your doubt.
Also don't be afraid to do a few fast gear changes especially into third. As these gearboxes often suffer syncros going, which is normally first noticeable when changing gear quickly.
No you've got it the wrong way, the lower the et the more towards or past the arch they sit. For example the standard 172 are et 42 and the cup turini are et38 which sit further out in the arch
Just wondering if it is normal for koni yellow rear shocks to stay compressed when fully pushed down, or should they extend again. They do show resistance when extended back by hand.
They are on fully soft if it matters.

I don't have the actual ktec one but one I made to the same design. I thought it gave small gains, and have spoken to several people who like the ktec.
Maybe try to get a cold air feed to it
