Lots of people?! £10 posted? No I do not have any pads (these would be more risky 2nd hand than spark plugs...........)

Mine now doing this over quite a lot of use. Using DS2500 pads and HC discs. Have a very slight squeak at low speeds. Will get wheels off over weekend and take a look. Shims were removed on fitting and pads filed down!

Mine is doing this, is a replacement cap worth doing or leave as is? Not a major leak but thought I'd check!!

Would say more turning but occurs randomly. Have gone over speed bumps and had no issues (hoping not shocks as had them refurbed less than 1 yr ago!)

I know how it feels, tried to get my belts both done at a good price and ended up costing me near on £1000 after alternator bracket failed

Cleaned my engine last week and same problems! Water was sat in the coilpack, not good!

Did you not check belt history before you bought the car? Or was it a cheap find? Where did you buy the car, was it a private sale or from a garage?

RS Tuner remap cured my poor hesitation when cold and increased idle speed ;)

Thanks. Is it worth replacing the vvt gasket? Otherwise what is the best sealant to use as never really had to do anything like this before. Thanks

Wondering if the oil leak I am experiencing is coming from the VVT solenoid or is it more likely to be from another area? Car is drinking oil of late and have the usual oil sitting on the inlet manifold. Have a few pictures but not sure if these help?
