My 182 has a renault compact 7895 alarm fitted and it chirps when i lock , unlock. Any ideas how I can mute this sound?

i had one on my 02 plate 172 but not on this one i have ( 52) is it possable to buy a aftermarket one or a mp3 one ..does it fit onto the renault adaptor or do i have to change the connector. dont want a standard renault one tbh prefer mp3's.

yes its created a line on the belt. with the engine mount knackered and engine visable its been moved it explains why the belt is the way it is. goes in garage tomorrow.thank god!

thanks guys. found the problem, engine mount has gone hence tensioner and belt pushing up on each other due to engine movement. al sorted thursday hopefully.

both belts were fitted in dec 08, the steering is funny on full lock, my dad looked at it and said the belt doesnt look like its sitting right against tensioner. creating a line in the middle of the belt , but my car also seems to be driving very slow and slugish, its service is upto date and...

yeah i thought my dog would of put him off, as soon as security light comes in in back garden from where my dog's bed is postioned she can see the back wall, she would have watched him climb over she was barking from then..yet he carried on getting in the garden and waited at side of door til...

long story short, was at pub ( 2 min from home) with gf, sister at mine babysitting, got txt/missed calls saying someone in my back garden right next to back door ! at approx 12.40am me n gf ran back to find he cleared off, rang police too busy etc, got me thinking allsorts of what he wants...

both of mine was fitted in dec 08 and from the sounds of it the belt is slipping i have been told the tensioner is no good for the belt, whether tht means the belt is crap or the tensioner needs changing i aint sure, im waiting to get the kit and re-doing it all.

ESP button came on 52 onwards.

i have a iceburg 172ff which i love to bits. this is my 2nd ph2 172 i have owned. my plan is to upgrade end of year/beginning of nx year to a racing blue 182ff. mainly for the colour i have loved the colour since day one ! tho they are the same car basically.

there quite a few 182's that are always parked at the jjb gym in Leigh i live round corner, the black one is immaculate. dont fink its anyone off here tho.
