Rentech Mike has serviced my car every 6k miles from new, that's 18 times now. No one else has so much as touched it.
Trustworthy, caring, reliable, honest and great VFM.
The Renault service experience doesn't get any better IMO.
Tuistion first, then tyres, then brakes. That is all you need to do. In that order.
I'd agree with that...I get around 3 seconds (although there's more to be had) around Combe and Goodwood.
Wrong! My Cup has always been on standard springs/dampers. Great fun
That's what I'm worried about. I want to stick my suction mount on the outside just infront of the rear wheel arch so the camera looking back gets the rear wheel in action around a bend I use.
I'm concerned I'd get someone chasing after me like the mad woman/sparking tyres incident I had before.
Close ups of just how bad to follow.
Yup...why's that so strange?
Now I've spen all day sneaking peeks out the window at it, I want it back the old way, it doesn't look right now...too plain.
Back to something a little more subtle at last, not quite so 'shouty'.
A reminder...this is how it was...
After 4 hours of pain, it now looks like this...
Much better...just need to get it sitting a little lower now.
Comments on my immaculate well cared for...
Nice pics.
I keep wanting to do this with my video cam, would love to get a low down clip of the rear wheel c*cking around a roundabout.
Not brave enough though, always paranoid the suction mount would fail!
It's nice and sunny which helps...should I still use a hairdryer to heat them right up or is sunshine enough?
Also, what's best for cleaning off the sticky residue left behind?
Thanks.
I had 177 with no cams or inlet work, just a decat, Ktec stealth, panel filter, and off the shelf Rsport ECU. I'm now at 186 having put the V6 airbox on, and taken the power steering off (about 7 for the steering, leaving 2 down to the filter).
So 179, without cams, without inlets, and without...
You have Apex springs. I don't. Mine sits high enough for a party in the wheel arch.
It's always been happy at the back, can't say I noticed any real difference when I stripped it.
