Reinstall can be quicker than trying to clean it. I've spent many hours removing Malware from some systems and you don't always get all the rootkits even if you think it's clean.

IE9 is both depends which one you run, most people run 32bit by default.

Did you install 64bit and 32bit versions? You need to install both if your using 32bit browser.

Yeah it's all web based management. I recommend the E3 platform as the E platform lets your domain stay with your provider. You will need to make some DNS changes and migrating email but that's as hard as it gets.

It's not P2W - most of the stuff you buy is just costume. you can't buy stats and you get 5 character slots with the game so if you want extra then yes you have to pay.

You could try different Channels if you get further problems. My N600 is Dual band - I have the IPad on the 5ghz range and my iPhone on 2.4ghz as it doesn't do 5ghz - less interference/crowded on the 5ghz shame the iPhone can't do this frequency.
