Proper snow foam lance, this one to be specific with that snow foam too! Nilfisk fitting though.

Tried using the Carpro Demon Snow Foam too but thats even worse IMO, just saw it on offer in Asda and thought why not!
Auto paint St Helens is where I got some NV432 (Monaco/Methyl Blue) from recently and it was a perfect match with excellent service, they're talked about on here alot.
As Daniel said, for a 1.2 I wouldn't bother either. The spark plugs are all covered by the air filter anyway if its standard. Only thing exposed could be the battery if the covers missing... I'd just do it and as Daniel rightly said don't aim at the electrics., maybe give them a wipe afterwards...
I'd cover the battery, definitely spark plug holes with gaffa tape or something, fuse box (known weak point on Clios isn't it?), alternator and starter motor. Cover them with cling film, then foil on top as its easier to remember what's covered and aids in covering everything. I cleaned my bay...
Isn't the MK3 quite alot bigger than the MK2? Always thought my MK3 looked pretty big next to a mates MK2 anyway... Spoiler would probably be too wide I imagine.
Anyone tried using Autoglyms fallout remover? It's a trade product I think, only available in 5l bottles or more! Doesn't go purple like iron x etc but seems to have good reviews.
Active Super Cleaner is really good too I find, cleans black trims very well and leaves them quite black once clean, and works pretty well on stains and the interior. Smells lovely too!
I agree the better brakes the better, but for an average person standard will be best is what I meant, all racing brakes etc will be a tad overkill for daily use for most people ;)
Probably a bit overkill really, I had Pagid discs & pads on the front of my 1.2, and then whatever brake shoes on the back drums that were in it when I bought it and felt the Clio could stop pretty well. Check the brake fluid levels, I'd get new standard discs and standard pads from G172 on here...
Haha ;) Newer and bigger is the way forward for me! Stripped out PH1 track car when I can afford it! This is just a 1.6 but still feels quick compared to the 1.2 and cruising on the motorway is a dream!
Walked out of work yesterday to quite a cool looking sight on the roof...
Not sure if that's what "beading" is or not to be honest! Just thought it looked pretty cool. The bonnet had some turtle wax I got given as a present on it (had to use it they were there at the time!)
But anyway less...
I just bought a Black Astra, and I am looking for someone with a DA to tidy up the finish a little and get rid of the swirls. Going to be claying the car soon to remove some water marks/tree sap marks, and its in fairly good nick already there's just a few swirls I'd like to sort so the cars...
@JD that looks stunning! Theres a few areas that look a bit dodgey on the car, like water marks or tree sap? Grey areas on the black paint that don't look very nice and feel quite rough. Am I right in saying a fallout remover, then a clay is the way to tackle these? I suppose before a machine...
