On video there doesn't appear to be too much difference but roughly timed its approx 2 seconds which in reality is a huge gap if you compare it to a drag race time.
Bit of a geeky trivial question this but here goes :o
When you close the door on a Clio the interior light stays on for a few seconds before fading out.
Is there anyway you can adjust the time it takes to turn off or even better have a switched based ''door closed light off'' system?
Worth doing for this alone imo, Fit and forget unlike the 172 set up where everything becomes a two man job or a load of hassle for gasket or / and cat changing
How do you know it would be faster if there's no bench mark figure? No one is going to punt 2k plus say on mods without knowing what its going to roughly give them power wise. Think what folk are suggesting with K-tec is these claimed figures are over generous.
It is when your buying a product based on a tuners claimed figure which pretty much all of us have done at one time or another on any marque of vehicle. Its effectively false advertising but impossible to regulate.
You could go for something like this below and weld the flanges on

No advantage if its getting matched, infact they always used to say you got a better result from the worst casting as there is more metal to work with.
Only advantage of a RS one is when your comparing to a standard version
Just to pick up on the throttle open thing. I'm guessing you bolt your plenum chamber / upper inlet back down between tests?
Also going by the other compression thread is it right you unplug your injectors ?
Any time iv done a comp test or seen it done theyve never touched the injectors...
Going back to the oil. What should the cycle of oil changes be ?
Edited to say, On a new build.
Is it running in oil then change to normal oil job done or should you do a couple of close running in oil changes prior to the final oil change
