Was there not some issue with the Rotex chargers blowing seals on the Clio's? Something about mounting the brackets in a different way. Has this problem all been ironed out now?

Sorry yeah its a .48 housing although i thought that was a T34. Looks like a T34 compressor housing anyway as the actuator bracket is part of the housing unlike the T3.

Little bit of insulating tape stuck behind the instrument panel where the light shines up through is all you need. Totally hidden, stops the light and is FREE!

Yeah as above. If the spring(s) are fine just use a heavy duty bolt and nut, maybe some thread lock too.
I did this roughly 5 years back and never had a problem since. Stock bolts with the Ren kit are junk and promote wear of the gasket because they don't go tight enough and move 'too' much
I was always having problems with the mesh gasket wearing out (Genuine kits) and causing blowing so replaced the bolts for the biggest ones which would fit and bolting it up a lot tighter and have never had a problem in over 5 years since
Imo the stock bolts allow for too much movement and...
