Lower inlets are either non-RS or RS stamped (RS stamped came on 172 cup and 182's)
Top inlets are completely different between 182 and 172 - the 172 has a breather hole that fits onto the oil breather on the head. The 182 doesn't. They aren't interchangeable and there's no performance gain...
I'll probably get called a fanboy but as a web developer we have a lot of gear in the office including surfaces etc. and I can honestly say in 15 years windows 8 is the worst user experience I've ever see
If you're used to osx which is by far the best it's a long way to fall :(
I'd just get...
Tail happy to start with so lower at the back makes them a bit more predictable
Most of the track pugs I've seen are slammed and it never seems to effect handling
I'd have one if it wasn't so low down.
Looking at your photos I'd have just had the scoop just to the side of the radiator aiming at the front grill
It's a bit too low down and a bit too much weight I think as it is.
Argghhh I've been so busy this year I've missed all the monthly comp's and most of my photos are still un-edited on my macbook
Gonna have a weekend trying to get them all online this weekend
I think this is one of my favourites from the year so far, but there's been a lot I've been happy...
It's not difficult
You obviously need all the seats outs and the steering wheel off - but then you just slot it in through the doors putting the main hoop feet down first, then tip it backwards to touch the rear arches.
Front section goes in easy too, then you have to lift it up and bolt the...
LOL it's not "what I say" - it simply does. I have it, fitted.
If you think about it if the cat was longer than the decat then the middle hanger wouldn't line up - it'd sag down. That would be stupid
If he wants to make an open fronted airbox with a big rectangular filter then I think that will work just as well as the popular "sausage" filters - plus it will look a lot tidier and sound epic.
But the other airbox designs never work, you're always restricting the flow to a pipe or an...
No they don't.
They include a decat but it's up to you to fit it. They fit absolutely fine with the standard cat.
The length they poke out the back of the bumper has NOTHING to do with the decat. That's just how they fit.
I've got one, it's been fit with both the cat and the de-cat.
I have to ask - though I'm probably going to get shot down in flames here.
Why are you all going to so much hassle to build airboxes?
Burpspeed tried one and lost like 10bhp, there's no heat soak issues with the Clio because the filter sits at the front of the engine any way.
If you're bothered...
Oreca are completely road legal - they're cat back.
They are though, as others have said, insanely loud.
BTB is the best you can buy IMO but very expensive.
K-tec stealth are ok
Re: Cavernous pothole = steering wheel not straight, pulls to the right, dodgy full l
It was a long time ago - 10 years probably. My 309 GTi goodwood. Very rare wheels
Had to order a brand new one from peugeot.
I just went back the day after it happened, photo'd the hole, and sent it with...
Finally after all the bloody arguments on the other ITB thread - that's exactly what I said would happen with the Ktec DTH kit. It angles up too far!
Shame you don't have the proper ITB kit from Jenvey - would be easier.
Re: Cavernous pothole = steering wheel not straight, pulls to the right, dodgy full l
Bent track rod end, bet inner track rod, bent wishbone, bent subframe.
One or more of those.
Get a proper reliable garage to have a look at it and try getting a laser alignment done. Keep receipts, send...
Joomla and Wordpress are about the worst things you could start with - both are CMS's and not designed for selling
Magento would be your best bet if you're not a coder and want to just put plugins together
If he's only selling a few items though (under 100) I'd use http://www.shopify.com/
That's not a dash - it's the actual digidash
