I had condensation in mine before Xmas due to one of the rubber caps being slightly off and did the following (probably similar to the silica packs solution)...
I had some 'moisture crystals' at home (the kind of thing that you get from camping shops that go into a plastic tray in a caravan and...

Looks like a nice one (just needing a belt change)
Nice to see this forum getting a mention in the article too
did you reset the MPG before starting the track session or is that simply the current value displayed, which will be an average over all your journeys since the last reset
Pah, how hard can it be!
(tame garage monkey will be doing it for me, and I'll craftily be delivering him a crate of beer tomorrow as a late Xmas treat to keep him sweet for when I bring the exhaust to him a week later)
Hi all, well it seems the group buy on the RS192 exhaust now has enough paid up for them to dispatch shortly.
I've ordered a cat back system and wondered if anyone knows from experience of these exhausts if they need a gasket or if they come supplied with one?
Pete, who organised the group buy...
Dear all

I'm only posting this here in case some people weren't aware of...
When the headunit was delivered, did the original Pioneer cage come with it?
If it did there should be no issue at all. Seperate cage from headunit. Fit cage in dashboard and fold out enough tabs as required to hold the cage securely in the dashboard hole. Slide headunit into cage (after...
Mine was a very very slightly different colour until it fully warmed up, but you would have been hard pressed to notice it.
For me, bulbs were by far the cheapest option so that's what I tried first.
Luckily for my wallet, they fixed the issue 100%
I had similar and it was the bulb showing the first signs of giving up.
Got a pair of 5000k from HID Direct and all is well again.
Less that £20 for the pair and next day delivery too. Very pleased.
It seemed fine when I looked a few days ago and the exhaust tips are perfectly aligned to the bumper cut outs but I'll check that again next weekend when I can get access to a ramp.
Any other suggestions from anyone?
The exhaust mount are new (a few months ago they were replaced with aftermarket 'poly' mounts).
Could it be that these are simply too 'hard' and causing the knocking?
I'll have another look underneath next weekend to see if anything is obvious.
Where should there be mounts? Just asking in case...
Guys, my 182 is knocking at the rear when I lift off the gas / engine braking.
It sounds like the rear exhaust is knocking on the floor, but having poked around this morning I can't see anything loose.
The dogbone and driver side engine mount were replaced this morning and no change (although...
as previously mentioned, there is no connection between auto lights and auto wiper function.
However, you do have to enable the auto wiper function every time you start the car up.
The manual says the following....
'The rain sensor is deactivated every time the ignition is switched off.
To...
Ta VikkiB, I simply unplugged the connector for the headlight adjustment motor in the end.
Will get it sorted properly when time and weather allows
:-)
So, over the weekend I tackled the condensation I was getting in my passenger headlight.
I had thought the cause was the rubber caps not being fitted correctly at the back.
After clearing the moisture using silica crystals for a day and a half, I spent ages (and skinned knuckles) getting the...
This evening I went to manually adjust the height of my Xenons on my 182 as they're too low, using the Allen key method.
I found that on my passenger side, the height adjust motor is constantly turning and the headlight is moving up and down over and over again moving the light beam very very...
Hi all
looking for recommendations (and photos if poss) for a replacement headunit in my 182.
What I would like are as follows:-
Something fairly flush fitting to keep the OEM look
Orange illumination to match the rest of the dash
Bluetooth would be nice (mech less is acceptable as I've no need...
