As anyone will know whos drove in the snow/slush covered roads today, the ABS makes an apperance. I own a 16v phase 2 and the brake system works on slippy surfaces (doesnt lock up) but it makes a dreadfull sound and the brake pedal feels like ur pushing a cog down (nasty vibration anyway). :@...

Whats the web address to have a noisey at that induction kit? Eventually i want the induction kit to have a realistically big improvement on the original air box, but ill probably be waiting a few months, im gonna buy the Viper IK when i can afford it, unless something else emerges! :cool...

This is a topic that has relatively little discussion, so people who have bought induction kits please post the pros and cons. Those Cliosport members who really tune their 16v and Williams must have the answer? ;)

Put in blue/white tinted side light bulbs this week and one doesnt work! :cry: However trying to get them back out seems impossible. (Maybe there bigger than standard) :@ Anyone had the same prob, if so howd u solve it? Im thinking im gonna have to take the whole UNIT out and get the front...

Can anyone recommend the best all included induction kit for my 16v (Scorpion de-cat pipe back exhaust, chip). My K&N 57i is useless and stiffles performance im sure. Thats comin off at the weekend to make way for the original box. Which is more or less unbeatable according to the 16v Tuning...

Apparently extremely difficult to replace indeed!:( One of the blinds that covers mine wont recoil either, not thats much consoulation. I think youll have to give it Renault and be prepared for the quote (probably not worth it). Im not sure though, so dont be on a downer cause of what ive just...

I dont think they make either the TSW Alpines or Stealth 1/2 wheels in a 16 fitment, so is there a set of wheels like these in 16s? BK Racing 82s are only made in 15 aswell!:cry:

When using full lock steering i often hear an occasional squeak from the wheels i think. But i thought it was the fact i had 17s, but now ive got 15s on it, the noise still does it occasionally. Anyone elses 16v do this? Mine hasnt been lowered. :o

Ive just put the orig phase 2 wheels on my 16v from it having 17s on it since i bought it. The smoother ride (gears & bumps), MUCH quicker pick-up and general feel of driving it has made me consider keeping 15s, but the standard wheels look AWFULL! I reckon Williams wheels would suit, only...

My mates picked up his Renault 5 GT Turbo and boy is its not slow, putting his foot down in 5th has the same effect as dropping it in my 16v at about 75mph. His cars only had a group A carb and turned the turbo boost up a bit (aprox 160bhp:o) , but it can pull away from me at mid to top range...

Just might catch you out one day, and not stop you when going slow in traffic, its pants havin ABS. An extra when bought new, wish the first owner would have known this little prob! :devilish:
