My Momo one is still looking good tbh. Been on since May 2009 and it's a daily driver, no special care taken of it either.

So you're trying to use AST top mounts with OE suspension struts? I tried to do this earlier today - failed miserably. I couldn't get the thread to protrude through the top mount enough to get a nut on it. You getting the same problem?

I've got to agree with the old timer on this. You don't need to drive in a spirited manner to apreciate higher quality tyres. The length of stopping distances alone could mean the difference between a safe journey home and a crash.

If the part isn't e-marked it's not legal for road use as far as I'm aware. Edit - true for tyres and lights, not sure about all other parts now.

I think this one would be best for the 200... Would cover up the ugly a treat.

The nicest exhausts I've seen on 1*2's are the single exit ones that have one (just one) of the 182 plastic exhaust bumper trims put into the bumper. Looks mint.

Should have got one from a Passat or similar - one of the damped ones. Although there still wouldn't be much point, it would at least be an improvement.

How do you know it's either? Is it reliable just because it's a Nissan, or did the did the seller tell you that? You should be careful as some people don't always tell the truth. Fast? I doubt it in the true sence of the word.
