There's no hate for the 182 cups, but I can't recall anyone ever advising someone to buy one.
I used to fight in the 182 cup corner, but ever since I found out that the 182ff came with shiney Renaultsport sill strips my arguments aren't valid anymore.
Can you get a pic of the underside of the orange anodised part (the larger part that sits under the turret)? I'll compare to mine which was for the AST coilovers which are currently off the car and see if there is any difference.
I was and I will be, but they won't fit anything but a 182 with cup pack suspension, so unfortunately your 172 cup wouldn't be able to use them if that's what you're thinking.
I don't really have the cash to hit the track anymore and the suspension is just too hard for the road now I can't justify it with track time!
