Going to give the 200 an oil and filter change at the weekend, just want to double check first, I assume it takes the same 5w40 fully synthetic and about 5 litres as per the rest of the RS Clio range yes?
Don't put an exhaust on it, just sounds/looks silly on a slow car, I learnt my lesson from the exhaust on my 1.2.
First thing to buy for it, save up and get coilovers and deck it, the rest will flow from there.
They will try and wriggle out of it any way possible, guy I know had a 197 cup which started crunching from 1st into 2nd, the dealers answer to this was "Change gear slower" so he gave up and bought a Corsa. Personally I'd have had a loud argument about it in front of customers and watch them...
This. Changing at 3k in every gear in an RS is like taking a 1.2 flat out to the limiter. You'll love it, especially the first time you take it above 5k in 2nd whilst you giggle like a child.
You can't get any brighter than the standard 4300K colour temp. Anything higher is bluer but won't give as much light on the road, I had 4300, 6000, and 8000K in my 172 and settled on 6000k as a good balance between light and colour.
It should have a 7200rpm limiter when warm if it's standard. No idea how it does it but yes it's normal for the limiter to kick in early when the car decides it's not warmed up enough.
What makes you think it's got aftermarket cams in it btw?
Just read your thread properly and realised it's a mobile paint company, DO NOT use them, if you're skint wait a bit and save a little more cash and get it done at a proper bodyshop.
It's a good bit cheaper than what you'd pay in the bodyshop I work in anyway. If it's someone doing it as a homer it sounds fair, if a bodyshop was doing it for £100 I'd be inclined to say it'll be sh*t.
The word "Euro" makes me cringe when describing cars.
I have no idea what category the car in the OP falls into but I'd remove everything you've done and start again, none of it works.
It's utterly pointless anyway. Never comes on in the dry, only has two settings which are off or cutting all power to the wheels, almost kills you now and then if you need to pull away quick in the wet onto a roundabout, and renders the car immobile in the snow. Mine spends more time off than on.
b****cks. Nobody on here cares enough to try and put anyone down, they only express an opinion that they don't like something and certain pansies take a tantrum over it.
Mainly due to the fact he's a tw*t, demonstrated by several other points in that advert such as poor spelling and not bothering his hole to clean the thing before taking pics.
