The PF97's I used ate disks (iirc 5-6000 miles before they expired), but from what Roy has posted here the CL's seem to be better.

I've used standard pads, Mintex 1177's, PF97's and DS2500's. For an all round track/road car I'd say that the DS2500's were the best compromise. No major effort needed to clean them and great performance. If I was prepared to put more effort into cleaning my wheels and didn't mind paying out...
