If its a temp DNS issue then you could set it staticly in your hosts file. But normally its cached. the tracert will determine if there is a problem with one of the hops.

What are you exporting to ? which version of Premier ? are you using the Adobe mpeg export or something else ? Is the aspect ratio screwed up or do you mean it looks normal but with black bands ?

It worth mentioning that RAID 10 give the worst return of disk space though. 50% where as RAID5 will return the most disk space but does not perform as well. If your only running 30 mailboxes and want performance I would say go RAID 10
