i had a problem getting a 172 'cup' for my insurance.. it's down as just a 172, i have spoken to my insurance company (privilege) and they says it's correct!??!! so i've left it. (what else can i do hey)

Yeah i think it did have dark ish wheels, it wasn't a 172 though, just a done up 1.2 i think as it had the 16v badges on the doors.. And for the record i ain't a chav ;-)

it's mentioned that the greenstuff pads are quite soft.. does this mean they won't last as long as the original pads??

don't know about the exhaust mate, i only saw it from the front. All looked standard as far as i could see.

yeah, wise choice, the connects 2 thing, thats got a rather large box to place behind the dash hasn't it?. The dension is just 2 small rubber coated circuit board things.. slips right in behind the stereo! I'm still not sure where mine went lol... pushed it behind & down to the left hamd...

so 4.5 litres from renault for £25ish wouldn't be quite enough then.. god damn. i've never just changed the oil & not the filter.. is this ok to do on a 6k mile oil change?
