Speed sensor might be knakered on the gearbox mate. Check no wires are loose/corroded/fooked.

I would just spray the whole panel no silver is the same if mixed again from what I know? Or it's extremely difficult to match silver.

Think the sealant is £7.5 a small tube, and £10 large it's a windscreen sealant so it's proper. Trouble is that's without delivery you will only need a small tube.

I can get you some sealant for it, fixed it for another guy on here. Let me know :)

Cool sounds like a faulty relay to me just take them out and check the pins for corrosion/damage in any way. Do it one by one so you don't mess it up either :) .
