Spoiler on (crap pics)

After around 3 months I took it off as the guy that painted it didnt prep it right and the finish was awful and started to bubble!

finally after dickin around with it for about an hour I got it off (after alot of string, turps, bloody hands and a scraped boot).

I'm now in the process of stripping it down to be repainted by myself along with a few other parts for the car in the works and yes it will be lowered too I hope by the end of summer...

what I need to know is once its all sanded down and primered how do I 'finish' the primer for painting? I know ive to wet sand it but with what grit sand paper? ive got alot of wet and dry to do this from 400grit to around 2500 grit.

any advice would be great thanks guys!
