Wiring new Dual Optics up on your car mate.
As for the head light you have to remove the grill between the lights to remove the lights (2 screw and 2 clips) some are saying remove the...
I can only answer one of them with confidence the light is just screwed on with 3/4 torx screws it should then pull out with a bit of a wiggle. As for the wiring I was going to do the Xenon swap on mine to complete my sport 172 replica but never found the money to buy a pair.

Well sat there as you do... Bored and wondered if sky could be plugged into the DVD play which is set up for 5.1 surround and going through I saw a tab called software. After reading for a little while it turns out sky boxes are just Linux machines which run free open source software and sky...
Think there is some nuts on the back if there are no visible screws on the front?
Just jockey underneath unbolt and unplug the wire, insert new one and plug in done :)
What about re syncing your key? That may work...

I had a chat with my mechanic he reckons the Throttle Body could be to blame, as its and off and on kind of thing he thinks it may be sticking closed too far when it returns to idle position we shall soon see :) It's been good the past 2 days (fingers crossed)
I used

Look absolutely great. Really clean the only downside you drill your own plate holes unless you mount them via Velcro

From what I can tell it isn't misfiring there is no lack on power it's just when I stop at say a set of lights it will start to play but as soon as I'm moving it's fine again. Also it's the throttle body that came with the new engine guess I'll give it a scrub on Sunday with some WD-40
Cheers...
Ok so recently had a new engine fitted in my car as the timing belt went on the old one now this new one has recently (past 2 weeks) had a new timing belt and pulleys and water pump, now when it's cold it idles at 1k rpm ( standard idle for it is 750 rpm) now when it's hot and run for half and...
As the title says
Anyone experienced a lot of water pump failures on your cars?
(Baring in mind mines a 1.1 8v non sport)
Last engine I had (about a month and half ago) the Timing belt went which on further inspection turns out the water pump collapsed and took out the engine with it.
No...
I painted my callipers (but red to match my car) lol all it was, was a tin of Brake Paint from Halfrauds (in a light blue tin about 6 quid) then using small brushed (but get DECENT brushes or you will find bristles stuck in the paint) then mask up and paint. We did my friends with hammerite just...
Possible a loose wire on the connector behind it? You'll have to remove the cowling around the base of the centre console to do this. Just a few torx screws from recollection, just be careful as there is 2 inside under the gear stick gator which took me a while to figure out :P

From a garage I would say £20 - £40 fitted? If you supplied the part. The actual sensor itself is found at the back of the gearbox with a (pink?) wire connected to it. If your a hobby mechanic you should be able to slide underneath the car and replace it yourself. If not I would get a price...
