thank you for the info... my recording is 1.6Gb
heh, in standard mythtv format it is 1.8 GB, but thats okay cause I have over 300GB dedicated to recording of TV shows.
I am running a http://www.mythtv.orgMythTV system with two DVB tuners on a linux box, I encoded it from native MythTV format (NUV) to Xvid using https://svn.forevermore.net/nuvexport/">Nuvexport.
For those that missed it, I didnt get round to encoding this from my PVR until today. Not sure how long it will be up for. Enjoy.

Press and hold button 5 once you have entered the 4 digits.
if you cant enter a code its because you already entered an incorrect code, you must wait for it to release, to do that you must have the igintion on (but not necessarily the engine) everytime you get it wrong the length of time you...

I dont like the fact that it noticeably reduces acceleration!! Especially in smaller engines.
On my 172 I cant notice it.

My mate leaves his on "auto" all the time. Although it is a TDi130 and never drops below 50mpg LOL!
Dont confuse auto with the air-con actually being on. I leave mine on auto and the air-con only comes on if its really hot.

I ran my cables under the glovebox down to the plastic trim then under the plasic cover over the sill, up under the rear seats then into the boot.. they were completly hidden.

Many thanks for all of the opinions.I cant rate you enough for being honest - thats exactly what its about... honest opinions - love you guys! When I decided to get different alloys, I came to the decision that there was not point, unless I were to...
Have a look here, I did an install in my 172 using a touch sensitive switch that fitted perfectly into where the cigarette lighter was, you could only switch the inverter on if the key in the ignition was at least position 1 there are a few simple wiring diagrams that i knocked up for it aswell...
Basically there isnt room on the back of the HU for all the connectors and all the resulting cables, so you have 1 cable going to the HU with a breakaway box so you have room to plug everything in.
The box switches the video inputs remotely from the HU.
Already knew that, it just throws the dash into self test mode.
What i really want to know is what it does when you press button 1 and 3 on a standard renault head unit similtaniously.
