Re: Panting The Rocker Cover....
use a wire brush drill attachment to get it clean in no time, rinse with some degreaser then let it dry, and paint away
dont use plasti kote normal paint, it goes a funny colour within a week, i found that out after buying the primer, paint, and lacquer, cost...
right, ive been reading talk audio, and it seems the fuse on the power cable is only there to blow before the cable gets hot and causes a fire, the fuses on the amps protect the amps
if i can get some 80's ill put those in
i work for Motor World mate, and i know for a fact that wheels of a special finish usually have very limited/no warranty, as the conditions here in the UK are far from favourable for fancy wheels, they are sold mainly for summer use or show only vehicles
chrome wheels definitely generally...
the wiring kit ive got for my amp comes with a ANL 150A fuse, which i think is far too big
what size fuse do i need for about 600W RMS ?
the amp has 1 x 80A mega blade fuse
i was thinking the same on the power cable, or less if they do em
these are about the cheapest i can find...
tbh i wouldnt use wheels of this kind as winter wheels
yes they should last more than 2 months, but most wheels of this kind come with no warranty at all, not even a week

if your spending more then i think better can be had for the money
for around £100 comps also look at Phase Evolution and MB Quart

normally i agree about the sound stage and getting rid of the rear speakers but ive decided i do want a bit of rear fill
fronts will be amped with a sub, rears just on the headunit
i want to replace the rear speakers in my car
im going to get these adapters so i can use 13cm in the rear

i dont want to spend a lot, the fronts will be amped and there will be a sub in...
mines not the immobiliser as sometimes it does eventually start after being turned over for a bit
suppose it could be the coil but from what ive heard this is a bit unlikely
ive changed the earth cable for a new one but i suppose where its earthed to could do with being a bit better
mine...
they are ok in the dry but terrible in the wet, they are one of the cheapest tyres you can buy before going for remoulds, if you have the money buy anything else
how you can compare them anywhere near Michelins i dont know
we sell i3's at work and they are great little units, everyone looks at it and just says no i dont want that its tiny, but once they see how easy it is to use, and how clear the screen is, they usually buy one
Rally Design do uprated exhaust hangers
dont get the race ones as they are very stiff and slightly smaller than the OE ones pulling your exhaust up, in my case too close to the car
