i need to know some wires for the ignition key switch, i.e what they are so i can tap in to them, i need 12v constant, 12v ignition and accessory, if any 1 knows what the wires are, or has a haynes manual, please post them up its for a clio mrk 1 btw, but im guessing the wires would be same for...
the cobra monaco and sparco sprint are the same seat, except the sprint doesnt have a crotch strap hole for 5 or 6 point harnesses the sparco has slighlty more ass padding, but that can be overcome with the monacos by buying some cussions they do for them now that are cut to fit, and have extra...
it fits in fine, you will need a clio rsi downpipe, and thats it, just pipe runs etc.... the water hoses should be fine to use, appart from that u just gotta sort intercooler and rad, oh and wireing, if u want a carb converstion i will sell mine....
i got it and im running a renault fueago carb, u would have to do custom pipe runs etc to run the injection with the intercooler, and u cant use the 480 radiator, best off getting a r 5 gtt radiator, and some different intercooler...

dont mount them to the floor its to weak and will bent the floor pan, pull up the bottom of the rear seats, and where the seatbelt clipper thing bolts to the pan, unbolt them, get the strap of the harness, and put that on the bolt as well as the clipper...
AHEM its just a turbo to airfilter pipe off of a gtt, k tec sell them for 30 quid i think it is.... in blue samco with breather take off...
if not tell me what the internal diam is, and what the internal diam is for the breather and i will get u a price, u want sfs, samco or pipercross...
they can disconnect ya speedo cable, which is normally connected to the mileage....

WTF just wrap ya hands round it and yank it and twist at the same time, it will go BANG and come off, i have dor 4 clio gear knobs and used this meathod everytime, that way it comes off in 1 bit nice and clean, and if u want u can keep it....
lol i know my car isnt in the same league as your 172s:devilish: but with my clio with a volvo 1.7 engine in it and every thing declared, im 18, 19 in a few days, 1 yrs ncb fully comp i pay 800 quid flat :P

take the hub off go down to a machine shop with the hub and bearing ask if they have a bearing press, if they do as em how much to pull old 1 out and press new 1 in, simple will prob cost 20 quid, other option is a scaffolding pole but expect to change the bearing again in 6 months...
i had a 1.4rt engine and i had the same leak, put it down to the sump gasket, when i took my engine out thats the only place it was leaking from not the headgasket. but get a gasket set and change the rocker gasket and sump gasket, that will solve it im 99% sure
just a quick q not really related but can you get the intercooler sprayer kits ??? i.e the ring that u fit infront of an intercooler with a nos bottle that u can spray n20 or c02 on to an intercooler ... ?
have u sat in 1?? cos they come really tight, and u might wanna order the wider version for comfort.... u need to take old seat out with the runners, then unbolt runners from chars bolt side mounts to runners, then bolt runners back in to car and bolt on the seat.
would it not of been easier to implement bluetooth on to the alpine unit, then they could of allpwed the ipod to be connected wirelessly, and also allow for mobiles to be used .....
i think pioneer are bringing bluetooth in this year...
