Did you solve your problem? I currently have the same issue with abs traction and serv lights lit, I have replaced the steering angle sensor already but still there
As title really, I have a abs esp serv light issue, replaced the steering angle sensor as previously diagnosed on a generic code reader although still on.
Does anyone around me what CLIP?
Don't suppose you would like to sell your res delete to me if you're happier with the resonator? Just a thought😁
I have a milltek twin backbox and when the res started blowing I like the extra noise but don't want it to become annoying on a longer drive like you have pointed out
Cheers
My resonator is beginning to blow and I am in two minds to either replace or get a resonator delete , what are peoples thoughts? Does a deres make a huge difference to the noise inside the cab? I had a 265 meg and I could hardly notice a difference at all.
Also, does anyone around hull (I'm...
Is that common? I'm in hull and right car are the only 'renault' dealers although they aren't very competent and I believe it is around £70 / hour. I have opened the sensor up and all looks clean, can't see any cracked joints etc. Last winter it was problematic but the fault seemed to go away on...
Hi, yes I have physically reset the sensor, making sure the yellow is when wheel is straight. I have had the fault code read and cleared which initially turned the fault light off but 5 miles down road came back on. I can start car and it shows fault then can turn itself off into a journey. It...
I've been having serv abs and esp lights on for a little bit now. Had it diagnosed as a faulty steering angle sensor 8200 058 692
Question is, I'm finding it difficult to source one. Has anyone got one for sale or one they're willing to sell .
Many thanks
Mike
Hi
I'm looking at buying a megane 265 64 plate. I believe it's is October 2014 therefore the face-lift
I was wondering how I can tell if it has cup packs or not. I own a 182 and understand there's noticeable exterior differences between 182 cup pack and standard 182.
What should I be looking...
I have been replacing all the keyless lock buttons on my partners megane whilst doing it I check the sensors for the keyless entry (unlock when hand is placed on handle without having to pull it)
I have found out why on most meganes this doesnt work.
From the factory the handle has a little...
For the last 20 starts it has been fine, no problems at all. Seems as if though it has fixed itself, just waiting for something to go wrong or a eml to show up.
Car has had two new injectors around 3 years ago, so two are still probably original
Have you found the fault as my 182 is doing exactly the same , most 1st starts will start but immediately stall , I have changed my TDC sensor too (crankshaft sensor)
Thanks
Mike
Hi,
My clio 182 has developed a starting issue. Most mornings when I go to start it, it will start but immediately cuts out (no jolts or funny noises etc) just like if you started it and turned it off yourself. It will always without any doubt start on the 2nd attempt everytime.
The car drives...
The Mrs would be extremely annoyed with me if I was to do that this week? just had aux belt kit , 2 new ps3 and 3 lots of tracking already this week alone! On second thoughts, will mean I can spend more time in the garage ? decisions eh?
I have removed them previously, sanded and greased that's how I knew the boot was split but didnt have a replacement when I was doing discs pads etc, I have some on order from euros, they're pagid sliders x4 with boots and grease. The part number is 116770278 if anyone is interested for future...
Yes, if I hold the wheel straight it will go off to the left, same if I let go but thought this is just the caliper sliders, will know for sure when I replace them
On a different note, the guy at kwik fit advised me to fit a turbo as the 182's are really slow out the box...he then went for his dinner in his rover?
That's my end goal. I would like it all to be sorted out so like you say tyres wear better and car should feel more stable, I will be addressing the rear beam in the coming weeks once the caliper is sorted, thanks for your info and help
