Clutch judder when you slightly slip it to pull away? fault with the cover diaphragm spring or warped center plate I'd say. It needs to go back to them.

172 Will not start - Need help identifying where a plug goes.

Possibly a tdc sensor and loom? Check to see if it's had the later one fitted, should be blue in colour for the new one, black for the original one, located on top of the gearbox.

RB now on Spax coilovers, thanks to Matt Codered

I must admit, the quality of the kit is really good, but wear gloves when winding the spring platforms by hand, the threads are cut not rolled, so are sharp.

Non start when car is cold and it's wet

Make sure the under bonnet fuse/relay box isn't 'water cooled' or has corroded terminals, an ill fitted top section normally channels water in there.

Burpspeed Version 2: Race Car Build

Agreed, most 16v engines benefit from this sort of thing. If the brief is what you have achieved, brilliant stuff!

Burpspeed Version 2: Race Car Build

PM me your email and I'll send a photo, I'm not a full member yet so can't attach photos here. Basically the walls of the chamber in the head were machined to the gasket line and got rid of some valve shrouding, this improved flow.

Burpspeed Version 2: Race Car Build

De-shroud the valves for a bit better flow.... Andrew cooke published some interesting results on RTIOC when he experimented with the head and inlets on the F4R.
