I know they all the williams had the silver rim, but what im intrested in is how far the silver dimond cut rim goes.
Either just the lip, or all the way up and into the tyre.
Speedline pal. Looked at all the codes and they match against MartinS 100% original ones direct from renault.
Think it is just Williams 3s which were differant from the 1s and 2s.
Anyway they will be refurbished as they currently are.
Ive found a clearer picture of what my wheels are like. Borrowed one from when michael elder had his done.
Ive DRAWN ON the gold bit, which have been silver on all the williams Ive seen so far.

Well 8 must have been writen off or scapped now since 1995/6 so were back to less than - 299.

There is more than 400 Williams 1s sold. Ive seen 046# on autotrader at the start of the year.
I definatly know there was 300 - 3s.

Got my new mats on Friday. Well pleased till i fitted them.
It turns out that they are tailored to fit continental Clios, and have the cutouts for the foot rest and pedals on the wrong side when used on Right hand drive clios.
The mats are only noticable around the drivers foot rest, as...
Ripspeed @ halfords mate. Special order as they only stocked clear.
Just unclip the amber ones, pullout the bulb housing, clean the paint to remove any grime, and refit the nice new ones.
The only mod that would ever do to a Williams.

Front 2 are a bit rough, The paint is pealing off from the spokes and there is some kurbing on one of them, from before the alloys had 195profiles with rim protectors fitted, a little corrosion/rust aswell just for good measure.
They still look the part, just a bit tatty close up.
Think so.
All the ones which are now blue, have had a touch up respray at some stage.
But my wheels are 100% genuine. (Not knocking yours pal, still look sweet as) But I need to see if there are any other NON refurbished Williams 3 owners with wheels like mine or like yours.
