ffs, I wish i never gave you that link!! lol I'll update it in a month when I can do some actual work on the car. No trackday booked, will be doing that this month. Will be looking to enter it into a Hill climb even with my mate, then hopefully stump up the cash to enter it in one or two tin top...
3D Printing...
I did look into this but the issue was the part size, you either need to find a specialist that will print it in one, or create sub parts and bond them together. Either way, the price was over £1k for a proper smooth finish and with correct materials. iir I was quoted £600 each...
Yeah was me who had one made. It exchanged hands twice, would be interested to see if this has been installed and mapped. I think people buy these things and then sit on them unfortunately, then flog them on a few months later. If you are good with GRP, a custom airbox would make this thing work...
I think it was Freddy that told me to put some heat cycles into them before properly hammering them on track or for road use, I think they need to be properly cured. The only issue I've ever had was using the 2500 compound on 4 pot willwoods. They only come with 4-5mm of material on so didn't...
I've been using DS2500 & DS3000's for over 4 years now, not had any issues with them and I'm quite heavy on the brake pedal. Could this just be a bad batch? I'll check my current ones over the weekend.
I'm currently living back with my parents on a temporary basis, their router is a pile of filth (SKY SAGEM). It will often cut out or go from a half decent Mbps to nothing at all, my mobile struggles to pick anything up and often switches from wirless to 3G on a regular basis.
I don't want to...
I've sent an email to Jenvey and will follow up with a phone call to Simon next week in regards to a bespoke angled spacer. I've been meaning to do this for a month but keep forgetting. As above, quite a few people see more losses with an airbox than running the standard foam filter. I'm looking...
If you wanted extra length regardless of running 90mm or 120mm you can buy the spacers, I'm sure Jenvey will be more than accommodating to machine them with angle on ;)

Yup, this is exactly what I did on my home made induction setup and it fit's snugly over the alternator and smaller rad, I could have squeezed an extra 25mm out of the overall length. The angle was done on the pipes so the plate was sitting flush with the Jenvey casting.
Quite the opposite, it's very lean! I have never heard it do any pops till the first track day with them and even then it was only now and again and they were small :)
As per PM, I'm going to put the sports cat back on and do a db reading. I will also get a silencer made up in work and see if...
