rite after readin some of that, i have decided not to bother wasting me money on one, save the extra money and get a cam. one of those threads is really funny
hi thats me, mine was in a fiesta not a clio BTW. i took the positive feed from the cigarette lighter into a switch and then from the switch to the red wire for the power. then connected the black to the ground goin to me head unit.

the wire for the alarm will probably be for the current sensing circuit. when the boot opens and the light comes on, then the current rises and sets the alarm off. i think :confused:
heat shrink wrap was stolen from my grandads shed hehehe. got tonnes of the stuff. u can get it from maplin but i dont know wot sizes they do. ive tried takin a pic of mine but its crap, not enuff light for my crappy digi camera.

stick a pin through a hole near the edge of the tweeter grill but not too far in, now unscrew the tweeter grill and off it comes. unplug old tweeter, job done. no taking off dash or anything
Collected the car yesterday, carefull not to stall it in front of eveybody when pulling off the forecourt, ok so far, then I pressed the brakes, after scraping my face off the windscreen I thought Wow those brakes are good.
I have driven about 200 miles over the weekend and cant stop smiling...
New to the Forum,
but would you reccomend I stay below 3500 rpm for the first 600 miles as reccomended in the handbook, well impressed with the car so far.
