Its a sabelt wheel think Renault Wolverhampton on here (Adam) do them for about £150 but I got mine second hand

Im looking to do a full suspension refresh in the near future, is it worth fitting polybushes on a fast road car that may occasionally go on track or would the oem bushes be good enough?

I've done mine with that heater control and it works fine, there is a guide to do this in the guides section, probably worth taking a look at that as it explains how to wire it all up
