Ahh the roller flamers! Yeah 170 atw seems pretty high, but other cars were pretty much bang on the money, mine was down on power than before with my torque sorted out which is exactly what i expected.
The 5th gear cup made 182 which is more than likely bang on with the bmc and full system...
Just bolts that fit and are long enough. I used like 11mm x 60mm. Strut and top mount can stay in but makes it easier if you take the wheel and strut out purely for more room, though I have had mine in and out loads of times without the struts being out
Do not under any circumstances use that ^^ on anything but glass!!! Probably use a hairdryer anyway Mark and try to take as much off in one go instead of small bits.
Best way I found was once you get hold of a corner keep as short a hold as close to the car on the sticker/graphic as possible
Well after some trial and error, turns out its the spoiler blowing the fuse. It will dim the dash and then just blow the fuse.
Swapped it for a different spoiler I had lying around and seems to be fine so far, obviously the its somewhere on the brake light causing the fuse, but can't think why!!
Coilpack, HT leads, Plugs are the usual suspects mate. Just fixed a cup last week with the same symptoms which turned out to be a faulty HT lead arc'ing off the body
Well theres no blown bulbs in the rear clusters. Cant tell with the spoiler but being LED's it wouldnt matter I guess.
Probably going to have to use the old bulb in the fuse box trick.... hours of fun.
Get a vice or clamp on the strut to stop it turning, or cut a slit into the strut tops and put something in to stop then turning while using the spanner
