Changed to cup alternator setup recently and put a new aux belt on.
Its just started squealing after a few thousand miles but only for 3 minutes or so while the car warms up and then its gone, even on startup again.
The belt was tightened enough so that it can be twisted 45degrees on pretty...
just swap all the relays then, should be handy enough to get a hold of. Taking the injectors out of the inlet or even taking the pipe off the rail will have some petrol left in it if theres fuel getting to it.
Mine had a problem where it cut itself out quickly, it was one of the engine bay...
Check the injectors are spraying, I take it you tried turning over longer than just that video because the lines are dry i'd imagine the fuel needs to get through first
At this stage i'd like to point out not all cars from N.Ireland are like this ergo the rest of us everyone knows and people outside of magherafelt definately do not 'get' the sunstrip
With all the guys on VW clubs making it across fine for edition38 and shows further afield yours will be fine!
In the grander scheme of things its not that low
The bend, on mine anyway is minimal. Slight bend in a couple of places and a couple of slight twists job done! Don't go nuts with it though because the pipe WILL break!
Barron just bent his pipe into the shape he needed, I did the same... seems grand. Agree with burp though, plenty of lagunas floating about in scrappys and i'm even using a random alternator which appears to be from a megane or something but fits fine.
Indeed its a real v6, sprayed white. I think the guy was trying to do some drifting :rasp: pretty sure he never actually spoke to anyone, or wasnt the friendliest anyway
Re: someph-ing different...........
Jay_low had a problem like that ph-reebone, he took the hammer out and knocked an inner piece of metal out is seems to get them to fit
