Ive never seen anyone post on here and have regrets about buying a valver - especially on reliability issues! Its not much different than your RT for anything breaking! Dunno about your insurance tho - mines nice and cheap :P

I dont think its a case of 1,2 or 3. As its been said before - look for the best condition one you can find. Re: reliability and choosing a 3 - theres only 12 months in it Maximum between a 2 and a 3! My willy 2 is my daily drive, and its been superb. For sale shortly tho, and Ill miss it...

Me! Dunno what the problem is - had the dash apart and the pod out and messed with the connections and span the rev counter dial thing round to check it wasnt sticking - and it still doesnt read right :(

omg! Who is your insurance with now? You probably have a similar sh*tty postcode to me. I got a good price off Tesco for the Supra, and also a good price from Diamond - i know its for girls but they quote for blokes too :) Greenlight Insurance were good for my Williams

Pug 106 GTi is a good car, smaller cabin space and closer pedals. Very similar power to the clio, but you wont get one for the cash you have, same for a VTS You will notice a huge difference from the Corsa in the valver :D

Smokey - you recon you can get a Willy 2 with all the mods you listed for 3k? Good luck mate!! My car has full service history but I admit to being crap at looking after receipts - so does that make my car sh*te? ps. You just have dodgy mates with their rubber stamps LOL :devilish: :cool:

Valver sounds okay but its just not a Williams is it? lol If you want to put the work into the Williams above then go for it - it has a full Renault service history which is always a bonus. Not sure about the dodgy idle tho sorry - but im sure someone on here will :)

Well i have been quoted on a group 19 car (im 23, licence 4 years and 3 yrs ncb, no points, no accidents) for a normal policy (no restrictions) fully comp £1150 But it was with Diamond the insurance for girls. Tesco were quite good tho, but didnt quite match it
