Err - Hi! Fogs afaik dont come with the bumper, and i think they were around £25 a pair. Prima quality has never been an issue, I have found their stuff to be quite good as aftermarket products come.
Customer service tho I cant comment on, I bought the car from Prima with all the bits on...
Rob - Yes!! Sounds exactly like that. Thats typical, at its last MoT they said the track rod end was going.. but on the n/s
I shall check top mounts and suspension also tho, because its free to check it hehe :)
Thank you!!
One thing after another with this car!
Can anyone help or throw some ideas around about this? Driving home last night with the window slightly down and the radio turned off, and every time i went over a slight lump in the road, or minor hole (nothing servere) I get a loud bang coming from...
I have an OL postcode and actually live in Oldham (in the hills mind away from the scummy bits lol) and I am insured with Greenlight - have been for the last 2 years?! And before that I was insured with Direct Line
Maybe you sounded dodgy on the phone ;) :)
It is stupid tho, HIC wouldnt...
Im with Greenlight currently, they were the cheapest quote I had, before discounts - so thank you ClioSport! Next years premium should be even cheaper :D
Liverpool Victoria wouldnt touch me insurance wise until I was either 25 or 30 - cant remember lol
Well I got the car with 55k on the clocks, so not sure what the original ride (as it were) is actually like.
When you say dont expect a good ride - it says it has a 28 stage adjustment. Not being the brightest on these matters, wouldnt that mean I could make it softer or harder?
Its the height and damping adjustable kit.
Has anyone on here got one of these kits, or had one on their previous cars? Ive been offered a full kit from Spax at half retail price. The dampers on my Williams arent at their best anymore (theyve done 71k) so was just wondering if I should go...
I got a Clifford 600 fitted for £475, and my other half had a Clifford 500 fitted for £375 with an option added on (cant remember which one now, may have been external proximity)
So those prices are very expensive. Gimme a shout if you want info about who fitted mine. Fully VSIB approved
And another vote for the Pioneer 77MP! It is very good for the money and looks the b****cks - (none of this picture crap)
I got mine for £220 back in May at the French Car Show..
£229.99...
They are in existence but not in this country. I looked into this a while back, and was in touch with Rotrex (supercharger producers). No-one has done this job in the UK, so as such, any attempt at fitting a s/c to the Williams car would be the prototype, and set you back approximately £7k...
So what about the traffic copper who lives on the M60/M62 between Junctions 17 and 20? I see him EVERY night with a different car hes pulled over. He pulled me about 3 months ago because he thought my numberplate was fake. He let me go after 2 minutes..
Unfortunately Stevie there isnt much out there - IPC (the publishers of CCC) are replacing subscribers of CCC with Racecar Engineering magazine - but its completely different :(
