H+Rs every time, got them on my cup now and there spot on, FKs are cheeeep and chearfull, had them on my corsa and the ride was soft and the handlin was crap, but it goes back to looks or track!!! if you go for FKs and you do track days treat yourself to a roll cage, (you will need it)

saftey devices dont do a cage yet, only for MK1, but they can do yours for the first one but will set you back £1500 k-tec have theres comin out soon,

im on H+Rs aswell, had some FKs on my corsa and didnt think much of coilovers after them but the H+Rs are spot on,

if you buy a 172 you have an option from renault of the cup suspension package, think that goes for the new 182 as well, so at the end of the day it must be better, why would you pay for an option of the same suspension??? :confused:
