very impressive times mate, my willy is 0-60 in 6.2ish secs and 0-100 in 15.5ish secs (crossed the line in 14.4 secs @96mph at york) yours looks like it would easily rival mine down the strip, another hot williams then!

when i got a 2l bottom end, it was a whole bottom end, flywheel and starter attatched already

yep, megane flywheel and starter needed, it comes ont he bottom end as a whole

yeah, G40s and G60s are real gems but when they are tuned the VW build quality goes out the window. my mates went through 3 gearboxs in about 50k after he had it tuned to 190BHP. getting the power down is also pretty difficult, 17s are a necessity, even then, there was a stage 4 jabba sport G60...

depends, if your 1/4 miling for a good time or 1/4 miling to find out how a quick a certain car is. for instance i was running 14.5/14.6 all day but when i got a few runs straight after ech other, tyres hot etc i started running 14.4s. am i making any sense?

G40! now your taliking, although a little work is needed to turn them into monsters but then they eat gearboxs. ugly and old looking cars tho but they dont hang about, fast as fook with little work(chip, shorter S/C pulley)

mike, if your getting bored of the clio power, try and source a megane bottom end, this conversion makes the little clios stupidly quick, just look at the times Adi was pulling at york, it will be like a whole new car trust me. the Megane conversion is possibly one of the most under-rated...
