Well a RT badge on a valver would be easily spotted to anyone who new about the clio. But its for the a similar reason I want my RT as powerfull as possible (ie GTT engine conversion) so it looks like an RT but god can it shift. Mine will do about 90 and then it dies a very slow death upto anything higher. But then its an unmodified 1.4 8v 91 rt. So it would thrap the pants off your 1.8 16v if yours was say...a 1.1 8v. But its not, so you would win easily...i am talking crap, sorry, i havent had much sleep lately...

Just make sure that there wont be a problem with the insurance. ie they class that as an extra accident thats somehow his fault. ie paying double the amount of excess. I doubt they will, they are probably repairing it for free. Paul

I would have thought it might be a little louder but mainly a lower pitch. But if you get a silenced one (if your a women! ;)) then you probably wont notice a difference. Paul

Maybe its your exhaust bore thats too big. Maybe its the cat thats giving you the back pressure you need. But I dont actually know that much about the back pressure argument. I dont really know either way. Paul
