It does have drainage what is most likely is that this blocks up which inturn fills the guttering up and when you go round a corner it overflows on your lap. So no big problem! Or get a willy 1/2 (no sunroof)
I noticed this on my car it appears that the bumper it flexing away from the body behind it. However over time the otherside has done the same and now they are equal so you cant tell i would say there is about a finger tips width between the fron bumper and the body under the headlight.
You stick to procedure and you wont reap the full gains out of your engine later on. actually you probably wont notice in a v6 but 172 that were thrashed from the word go are much more responsive as a rule. Big engines can take the punishment after all you havent bought it to do shopping runs in...
The interior handle over passenger door was hanging out, all be it a small problem (screw missing ). And the very tips of the bonnet either corner near to the windowscrean touch the black plastic water tray when you raise the bonnet to high, all the paint has worn off down past the primer to the...
Take it back! i am and getting the rest of the damage they done fixed a the same time FOC. Im taking it in myself this time so one word out of place and Matt will be requiring rehabilitation for sometime. I hoped all this could be sorted out before i got involved but now its a personal challenge...
Yeah serviced a 1.9d Club med, there not that bad. Most common mistake is using the really big oil filter there is a smaller one with same part number which fits easily behind the radiator. I think the worst is the R19 16v which if i remember has to drop the subframe to change the cambelt or...
I just had them changed @ your gaff and have the old ones, im a little pissed off to find that there is 5mm left on them all and they were waring evenly! Seems they saw my missis coming. I think i will be changing them in future. And a letter is going off to renault hq again with some photos...

IMHO dont touch it yourselfy its a williams for f**k sake i would spend the extra 480 and have it done by renault its a fairly straightforward job but it is tight under there. Like you i have done a few things to engines on various cars but on a classic i would leave it to the pros just for...
Seen him in mansfield the other day he was right staring at my car, think he was trying to work out if it was a proper 172 or not, mind you there are a lot of copies about and green is nearly as rare as yellow!
I think several hundred/thousand letters would have more potency than just the one, even if they are all pre typed spell checked. (lol) Then signed by the individual members, with some reference to the club as i think you will find its quite respected!
Tried everyone JAY172 & JEREMY etc. Know one Knows, all Jeremy said was it doesnt have a Number, i sent him a follow up message to ask why and never got a reply! Im begining to lose all faith in the system if Renault cant identify there own cars then i might just get a limited edition P1, 22b or...
Look during the search for my cars Limited No. i have delved a lot deaper than you can imagine so please dont call me a liar, if pressed renault could provide you with a list of the cars and their original owners. However this is covered by the data protection act so they wont divuldge this info...
Yes they are all scarab green. There are no duplications acording to renault hq its just mine was owned by renault and as such didnt get the sills fitted.
Dont know what number my exclusive is as the door sill plate is missing:(
bit like a williams without the gold plaque! Suppose it makes it more exclusive though, and its the last mk1 ever made!
sorry didnt read the cyrprus import post
I would say thats a lot for an import m8, also
when they say the warrenty is 2 years left thats bollox
you wont get the AA cover either. Personally i would hold out
for a uk version (same price). Speak to Renault HQ, ask where you stand with an import...
