It'll fit fine but you'll really need to do something with the brakes as the standard solid front discs on your 1.2 will struggle to stop it plus the additional engine weight really needs to be compensated with a suspension upgrade Better of just buying a 16v really

Why would your tracking be out any particular reason? I'd get the wheels balanced as you say they haven't been done, check your tyre pressures then take it from there... start with the basics

Clio 16v has an offset of ET36, 172 Cup has an offset of ET38.5 so you'll have no problems at all
